Every Heart Healing session is intuitively guided and uniquely attuned to your energetic blueprint. No two sessions are the same. Your nervous system, subconscious patterns, and current life season shape the direction of our work. Depending on what arises, we may integrate:

EFT tapping to release stored emotional energy
Integrative hypnosis and subconscious rewiring to access deeper patterning

Q. I'm so excited! What's your process?

A. Once you've booked your session, you'll receive a link to schedule your 1:1 Heart Healing via Zoom. There, you'll have a few questions to respond to so that our time together is as healing, potent, and magical as possible. The more honest and open you are with me only helps deepen our time together.

Q. Can I record our session?

A. Yes. And, I also send detailed notes from our session along with any intuitive insights that come through once your session has closed.

Q. Something popped up and I need to reschedule. What are my next steps?

A. Life happens! Please let me know 24 hours before our session to reschedule. You'll find my email info after you've booked in your session. If you do not let me know 24 hours before we're set to meet, you forfeit your session and time slot. Due to the nature of work, all sales are final and no refunds are permitted.

Q. What if I'm running late? What's your late policy?

A. Late Policy: If you are more than 10-minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, you will forfeit your session and time slot, and no refunds will be given.

Q. How is this different from a distance Angelic / Halo Healing session with you?
A. This is a great question. Here's the difference:

Angelic / Halo Healing:
This is an energetic modality where I act as a channel for the Angelic realm. You’re receiving pure, high-frequency light that moves through your field, supporting healing on emotional, mental, and spiritual levels. There’s no verbal processing or coaching. It’s a deeply receptive experience. People often feel warmth (or cold energy), lightness, tingles, or waves of release. The angels bring through whatever you’re ready for:

Clearing
Restoration
Alignment messages
Energetic upgrades

Your system receives exactly what it needs without effort or analysis.

Heart Healing:
This is a guided, integrative session where we combine:

Subconscious work
Trance states
Somatic awareness
Intuitive guidance
Past-life or inner-child repair (when needed)
Emotional pattern rewiring

It’s an active process where we explore root patterns together through private coaching. You move through immersive inner landscapes, meet your guides, receive messages, and shift long-held beliefs at the source.
