Heart Healing sessions are a deeply transformational 60-minute 1:1 bespoke sessions where I hold space for you to:

Transmute pain, grief, abandonment, sadness, regret, or fear into liberation, love, and power.

Release unconscious limitations, outdated programming, and beliefs keeping your heart guarded, closed, or blocked from soul expression and expansion.

Receive tools, resources, or embodiment practices to take with you so you can meet what life throws at you with clarity, sovereignty, and power.

Clear and attune your Chakras to a higher octave, supporting your shift from the 3D realm of fear and limitation to the 5D frequency of love, abundance, and soul-aligned radiance.

Every session is intuitively guided and uniquely attuned to your energetic blueprint. Depending on what arises, we may weave in supportive modalities such as:

EFT Tapping to gently release stuck emotional energy.

Hypnosis and subconscious rewiring tools to access deeper layers of your inner world.

Energetic change frameworks to shift core patterns and restore inner safety and personal power.

Angelic Reiki frequencies to infuse your heart with divine light and remembrance.

Q. I'm so excited! What's your process?

A. Once you've booked your session, you'll receive a link to schedule your 1:1 Heart Healing via Calendly. There, you'll have a few questions to respond to so that our time together is as healing, potent, and magical as possible. The more honest and open you are with me only helps deepen our time together.

Q. Can I record our session?

A. Yes. Please ask me and I'll enable the permission to record. :)

Q. Oh no! Something popped up and I need to reschedule. What are my next steps?

A. Life happens! Please let me know 24 hours before our session to reschedule. You'll find my email info after you've booked in your session. If you do not let me know 24 hours before we're set to meet, you forfeit your session and time slot. Due to the nature of work, all sales are final and no refunds are permitted.

Q. What if I'm running late? What's your late policy?

A. Late Policy: If you are more than 10-minutes late, your appointment will be considered a no-show, you will forfeit your session and time slot, and no refunds will be given.
